A 23-year-old man is accused of sexually assaulting and impregnating a teenage relative, according to an arrest affidavit.
On July 20, the 15-year-old girl told police that she was 10 weeks pregnant with Gerardo De La Campa’s baby. She said he sexually assaulted her more than once in the course of a year, according to the affidavit.

The victim told police that De La Campa would pay Uber for her at her home, even the day before she went to the authorities.
According to the affidavit, De La Campa told the victim that he wanted her to keep the baby and promised to help her.
He was charged with the sexual assault of a child with a bond set at $ 40,000.
