The Vikings annoyed the Packers in the Lambou area on Sunday, with the Green Bay losing its second home of the Matt LaFleur era. After the game was over, quarterback Aaron Rogers tried to point out the reasons for the team’s second loss of the season – and his second in those three games.
“I don’t think we ignored anyone,” Rogers told reporters. “I don’t know if we handled the elements as we’ve done in the past as well. It was obviously cold and windy. I don’t know if we’ve played with the kind of energy we need. We had fans the last two weeks, no fans this week. I don’t know if it has anything to do with this, but I don’t think we’ve played with a lot of power today. ”
He later explained that some mental errors arose from playing in the winter, and there were “lulls” in the third quarter. He also said that wind strength on Sunday came in the top three in his lambu field experiences.
In either case, Rogers called the damage to the Buccaneers a “discrepancy.” With another loss soon on his heels, maybe it wasn’t. Perhaps the Packers are settling into a second-tier position that will ultimately prevent them from returning to the Super Bowl.
The next piece of evidence comes in just three days, when the Packers return to San Francisco Thursday Night Football .l.
