A Seattle woman criticized a photographer who used a drone for real estate photos, accusing him of secretly filming women … but he thinks his tirade was really about seeing a black man on his block.
The photographer, Thomas Samuel, shared a video of the incident, in which the latest “Karen” addresses him as he was, in his words, “working and taking care of his own affairs.”
The video begins with the woman, who identifies herself as Katelyn, complaining about a drone falling into his home. She acknowledges that he came out cursing Thomas and claiming that he is filming women.
When Thomas explains that he is working for the Redfin real estate company, the woman doesn’t buy it … and angrily says he will call them to verify.
Thomas wrote after the confrontation … “I just told myself that this woman was accusing me of being a criminal and a pervert / disgusting with my drone because she was taking photos of her neighbors’ smh house.”
He added … “I was hired and working, notified the owners that I was there, and obtained approval to fly, not to mention that I have my FFA Part 107 license to fly drones.”
Thomas went on to claim that the woman thought the worst of him because he is black.
The irony of it all … Karen’s “Live United” shirt.
