Is your favorite in?
Recently, a dataminer discovered several characters in the Marvel’s Avengers beta this past weekend that could come to the game, and that same person managed to discover even more names yesterday.
Reddit user 6plus4equals52 is on it again, and this time the list is even more of a doozy than three potential Echo Fighters. You can find the full list below if you are not thinking about vague spoilers, which also includes possible appearance of villains.
Unannounced playable characters:
- Ant Man
- Wasp
- Fisy
- Black panther
- Dr. Strange
- Falcon
- Mar-Vell
- Mockingbird
- Quake
- Winter soldier
- Scarlet Witch
- Captain Marvel
- Kate Bishop
- His Hulk
- War machine
Other character drawings:
- Frenzy (probably an enemy class)
- Ultron
- Red Hulk
- Deathlok
- Vindicator
- Monica
That’s quite the list! Ant-Man was known centuries ago, but there are some heavy hitters there both inside and outside the MCU. Based on how Ant-Man was paid in the past as a DLC, it is possible that all the characters in the previous list may arrive in the future as playable heroes. As for the latter, Red Hulk and Deathlok intrigue me the most.
In other news, as we learned, Spider-Man will be exclusive to the PS4 and PS5 editions: that’s the equivalent of making a DC Justice League game and making Batman an exclusive character. Now, thanks to a new Amazon listing, the sticker that will be emblazoned on all PS4 copies of the game is now visible, which you can explore in the gallery below.
