But Christopher does not follow any modern diet or specific routine, he is just making a conscious change in his lifestyle.
“It is not some kind of fad diet or crash diet, it just cut the trash and started exercising,” the source said. In the past few days alone, fans of the Schwarzenegger family have seen Christopher’s progress! On July 24, the 22-year-old was seen leaving a health food establishment, wearing a shirt from his high school days and a pair of basketball shorts, sneakers, and an LA Lakers mask. In the days that followed, Christopher was seen enjoying a hiking trip in the Los Angeles hills with some friends, keeping a bottle of water on hand to stay hydrated.
And Christopher has not been alone when it comes to his lifestyle change.
