A Florida woman faces up to 60 days in jail after being convicted of knowingly coughing in the face of a cancer patient at a store – but now she tells a judge to consider the reaction she has experienced.
Debra Joe Hunter pleaded guilty to aggravated assault in Pier 1 at St. John’s Town Center in Jacksonville in the June 25 incident, where he fired employees and facilitated a woman who captured the incident on video, News4Jacks reports. Stated.
