A federal judge has denied Trump’s request to stop counting Philadelphia ballots.

A federal judge has overturned an emergency order brought by the Trump campaign this afternoon to stop the vote count in Philadelphia ચૂંટણી claiming that election workers ignored a court ruling on election observers.

The Philadelphia County Electoral College is “deliberately refusing to allow any delegates and poll observers for President Trump and the Republican Party,” Trump’s legal team said, adding that first-time election observers could view the vote count. .

According to a Reuters report, George W. Bush’s appointee U.S. District Judge Paul Diamond dismissed the request, saying that “in view of the parties’ agreement, during today’s hearing of the emergency order, the plaintiff’s motion was rejected without prejudice.”

Diamond said the Trump campaign acknowledged that its observers were allowed to witness the vote count but accused it of not giving them equal access as Democrats. According to Philadelphia’s WHYY-TV, he urged both parties to come to an understanding and eventually decided on 60 observers for both parties.

In a statement after the Philadelphia City Commissioners’ verdict, Philadelphia WPTI-TV reported that “the federal court rejected the motion of the Trump campaign.” “The City Board of Elections, where it is, has agreed to keep a barrier for all observers – and at 6 feet for now, and to continue to admit observers to comply with the law, but not more than 60 on the sidelines. It was claimed that his representatives were not allowed in the room, but his adviser admitted after court questions during the hearing that he had several representatives in the room. “
