A 4-year-old UK girl accidentally hanged herself in a tree

A few days after the twins became sisters, a one-day-old girl from the UK accidentally hanged herself in a tree – and her mom has now spoken of her “grief-stricken hell” after the tragedy.

The Southwest News Service reported that Freya Thorpe wore a bicycle helmet in September 2019 when she climbed a tree near her home in Upper Haford, Oxfordshire.

He slipped and fell but his helmet strapped to a tree and died despite the efforts of emergency responders.

“I’m a broken person, trapped in a terrible hurricane of grief,” Frisia’s mom Alice said, The Sun reports.

“Every day and night we live in hell, torment, shock and grief that is unimaginable.”

The devastating mother told SWNS that she and her husband twins Kiera and Zac were “at Cloud Nine after a long-awaited arrival and difficult pregnancy” – adding that she would have taken her own life if she hadn’t been born 10 days earlier.

“A brother and sister or Friya had been waiting so patiently for nine long and difficult months to become an older sister.”

“Early in the afternoon, Dad had to go to Cowley’s Boots Pharmacy to collect special milk for the twins because he was allergic to cow’s milk,” says Alice.

The mother said Freya was invited to go home “10-seconds” on a home game date, where parents “let their children play with confidence.” Said the mother.

But on a rare day, Freya went out without her mother knowing.

“I’m feeling a gut. I want her home. Soon, I saw an ambulance at the end of the road – I panicked, not knowing why I was panicking at the time, ”Alice told SWNS.

“I called my husband and told him I would take him back to the house. He said, ‘No, I’m five minutes away, stay with the kids.’ ”He said.

“I saw that his car had gone past and the small Q-D-sac had not returned. I knew something was wrong, “he added.

When she saw her husband with firefighting power, she grabbed the twins and ran to an enclosed area where she had worked desperately on the first-responding freya.

After a two-day wait at John Radcliffe Hospital, she and her husband were told their daughter could not be saved.

“I never set foot inside my house again. It’s the same thing I lost today and my home, “said Ellis.

He said, ‘If I hadn’t given birth in the hospital that night just 10 days ago without a shadow of a doubt.’

“We’ve had a lot of support over the last 18 months and we can’t tell you all how much we’ve been helped and for that, I can never thank everyone enough for the support, kind words and donations – we’ve never met. No, ”said the mother.

“But we have also experienced scrutiny and abuse by people who have asked, ‘Where were the parents? How could they leave him alone? ” He added.

“This has led to family disputes from relatives and judgments to all because when people didn’t know that Freya was not in our care.”
