90s-inspired platform game Kaze and The Wild Masks will leap to the switch

Soedesco and developer PixelHive have announced today Kaze and the Wild Masks for Nintendo Switch

The game has had a console launch in mind since the start of development, and PixelHive CEO André Schaan says that “both the Steam and console versions will really complement the game in their own way.” It features hand-animated pixel art graphics, side-scrolling action, and a rabbit protagonist who can run, jump, and use the powers provided by portable masks.

In Kaze and the Wild Masks, roam the Crystal Islands in the classic platform game of the 90s. Play as Kaze and save your friend Hogo from a curse that spreads chaos across the islands. Face enraged live vegetables by invoking the powers of the Wild Masks. Jump fiercely like a tiger, fly across the sky like an eagle, run fiercely like a lizard, and rule the sea like a shark.

Here is a list of features for you:

  • Unleash the skills of wild masks to gain powers of tiger, eagle, lizard and shark.
  • Discover the secrets of the Crystal Islands in more than 30 levels with more than 50 bonus levels.
  • Relive your childhood memories of classic platform games with high-quality picture frames.
  • Make your way through a satisfyingly smooth but challenging platform game
  • Refresh your ears with over 25 tracks inspired by 16-bit era music.
