8 beautiful galaxies shot this summer by the Hubble Space Telescope you must see

Are we bored by the Hubble spaceships? Ask any space fan what their favorite Hubble image is and they will always mention the famous conquest of the Horsehead Nebula Observatory, or perhaps the “Pillars of Creation” in the Eagle Nebula.

They were amazing, but they were also originally taken decades ago. The aging space telescope may now be past its 30th anniversary, but it continues to produce sparkling images that deserve to be seen and loved.

In recent months, a number of beautiful photos of strange and beautiful galaxies have been published that would have received more attention in their earlier careers.

So here – just in case you missed them – are eight large galaxies photographed by Hubble that have been published in the last few months.

(And that’s not to mention Hubble’s annual image of Saturn, its unbelievable 30th birthday image and its trick with a total lunar eclipse).
