1 TE Austin Fort did not practice

Fort, who missed last season with a torn ACL, did not practice Friday. Broncos coach Vic Fangio said Fort recently “adjusted” his knee and will be out for a few weeks. That leaves Noah Fant, Nick Vannett, Albert Okwuegbunam, Jake Butt and Troy Fumagalli as the five healthy tight ducks on the Denver roster.

2 FB Andrew Beck back at supply

Broncos fullback Andrew Beck, who has been on the Reserve / COVID-19 list, was back at the team facility on Friday. Beck did not practice, however he who works on a side field. It’s unclear if Beck has been activated from the reserve list, but it’s a good sign he’s back at UCHealth Training Center.

3 CB Bryce Callahan healthy and active

After missing the entire final season with a foot injury, cornerback Bryce Callahan is healthy and ready to start this season. KUSA TV’s Mike Klis tweeted that Callahan was one of the stars of practice. Troy Renck of KMGH-TV tweeted that Callahan had a good day an interpretation included.

4 C Austin Schlottmann gets snaps from the first team

Broncos concept for third-round Lloyd Cushenberry may be the favorite to start at center this year, but he will not get the job done. Austin Schlottmann took every snap of the first team at practice Friday, according to The Denver PostsRyan O’Halloran. Denver coach Vic-Fangio said Schlottmann is “on the hunt” for a starting job DNVR’s Andrew Mason.

5 OT Jake Rodgers splits RT reps with OT Elijah Wilkinson

If he does not start, Demar Dotson will probably be the no. 2 straight approach serve, but the Broncos will not put him in action. Jake Rodgers is a longshot to win the job but he split reps with Elijah Wilkinson on Friday, according to Andrew Mason of DNVR. Wilkinson has had foot surgery this offseason, so Denver is likely to put him back into action.

6 WR Jerry Jeudy looked great

The wide receiver Jerry Jeudy, the Broncos’ first rounder of the first round, was “enchanting“On the first day of practice, according to Andrew Mason of DNVR. Jeudy worked closely with second-string quarterback Jeff Driskel and he certainly knew the attention of media members attending the practice. Denver coach Vic Fangio said Jeudy “has good polish for a receiver coming out of college,” according to Mike Klis of KUSA-TV.
