The San Francisco 49ers had a few key players leave Sunday practice early due to apparent injuries. Below are those who had to leave, according to NBC Sports Bay Area.
Broad receiver Brandon Aiyuk left the practice with what appeared to be a hamstring injury.
“He stepped on a deep route (after a pass thrown by Jimmy Garoppolo) and grabbed the back of his left leg,” Matt Maiocco wrote. “He had a very impressive camp.”

Offensive lineman Ross Reynolds suffered a leg injury during 11-on-11 drills and was sent off.

“Hopefully it’s not as bad as it looked,” Judge Mike McGlinchey said after the practice.
ESPN’s Nick Wagoner adds that defensive end Dee Ford also left the practice with an injury. He took no part in 11-on-11 drills at all.

KNBR’s Jake Hutchinson adds that Ford attracted him by keeping his right calf / ankle to a 1-on-1 rep against right tackle Mike McGlinchey.

We are waiting for official updates from the 49ers. Players have been eliminated on Monday and will return to the training ground on Tuesday morning.

The San Francisco 49ers held their second practice camp training session on Sunday. As will be the case with all practices, fans are not allowed and the restricted media that attend must observe social distance due to the coronavirus pandemic. That means keeping six feet away from players and staff and always wearing face cover. No face-to-face interviews are allowed as player and availability of staff is done via video conference.
