The 49ers are expected to relocate their “home” games to Arizona until they are locked out of Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara.
A league source told NBC Sports Bay Area on Sunday night that the organization is evaluating local options, San Diego and Arizona, to practice for at least the next three weeks. The Arizona Cardinals Home Stadium is a potential choice for the 49-year-old to play sports.
Santa Clara County issued an order Saturday banning all contact sports transactions and games until at least Dec. 21 due to a surge in Covid-19 cases.
The 49ers are not exempt from the ban and they are forced to take on new facilities to practice and play their next home games.

On Sunday the 49ers beat the Los Angeles Rams 23-20 to stay with a 5-6 record in the NFC Playoff Picture.
Ers 49 players are scheduled to play next Monday night against Buffalo Bills at Levi’s Stadium. But playing in Santa Clara is not an option at this point because of the restrictions placed on Saturday by county officials.
NBC Sports Bay Area reported Saturday that the potential venues for the 49ers to host “home” games are Arizona and Dallas.
The Cardinals’ home stadium in Glendale, Arizona, seems to be the best option for 49 people due to its proximity. The 49ers were expected to relocate their home games out of California. Arizona is the closest option and the NFL will also provide infrastructure to meet the demand to host the game.

After 49ers’ Week 13 match against Bill, the club will play its second home game on Week 14 against Washington Washington on December 13th.
After that, the 49ers play road games in Dallas and Arizona before finishing the regular season with a home game on Jan. 3 against the Seattle Seahawks.
The Cardinals are scheduled to play at home on Sunday, but will be on the road for weeks 14 and 17, meaning Arizona’s home schedule of 49ers does not conflict with any of the games.
