3 takeaways from day 6 of practice for Buffalo Bills training camps

After a delay in their offseason schedule due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, Bills players finally started to come on the field and tease each other. With yet to be canceled preseason games, every practice day held at Orchard Park is that much more important before the team’s season opener against the Jets on Sept. 13.

On Sunday, the Bills had a strange one on their sixth day of practice for training camps. Here are three snapshots from the practice of Day 6 of Bill’s training camp:

Everyone missed the practice

The lack of attendance was the problem on Sunday for the bill. And not just because of the obvious, but because of the rather weird reason why things happened the way they did.

This weekend, the NFL published a statement that teams in the league were affected by a problem with COVID-19 test results. The problem jumped out of a lab in New Jersey. Buffalo general manager Brandon Beane said one was used by teams in the Northeastern United States and a total of about 10 to 11 clubs. The bills were recorded. The problem was that the lab produced a bunch of false-positive results. Middle players were told they had COVID-19, but not. For the Bills, it was confirmed that quarterback Josh Allen was among some of their players who had this problem. Other speculators include Harrison Phillips, Vernon Butler and Quinton Jefferson. All of those boys missed the practice on Sunday, but will likely return on Monday. Buffalo will be sure of these false positions, especially since several players were therefore off the defensive line.
