A woman and at least two men from the White House were stabbed early Wednesday night after election night, DC police said.
DC police said the victims identified themselves as members of a far-right group that supports President Donald Trump, the Proud Boys. DC police later said they were unable to verify the victims’ connections.
The victims claimed that the suspects were part of the Black Lives Matter protest. News4 was not immediately able to confirm those claims. No arrests have been made.
DC police initially said a woman was stabbed in the lower body and three men were also injured. Police later said the woman and two men were injured. Police did not immediately respond to a question as to why the number had changed.
Police say the victims of the stabbing were arguing with three suspects near the intersection of 14th Street and New York Avenue Northwest.

Police say the victims were taken to a DC hospital for treatment. Police say his injuries are not considered life-threatening.
Police said they are searching for the three suspects, two men and a woman.
Police said the attack caught on live stream on social media.
The crime scene is a few blocks east of the White House and six blocks from Black Lives Matter Plaza, the center of DC’s largest election night demonstration. It is not clear if there is any connection with the demonstrations during the election night of the people suspected of stabbing or stabbing.
DC leaders stepped up security around election day. All DC police officers are due to take to the streets on Wednesday in the wake of the election.
