2021 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro receives redesigned shocks, new special edition



Toyota’s popular 4Runner enters the 2021 model year with minor changes aimed at keeping the momentum of the Japanese SUV.

The 2021 4Runner is winning a new Trail Special Edition, which was tailor-made for the American market. The new 4Runner Trail is based on the SR5 grade and features things like a Yakima LoadWarrior rooftop cargo basket, a custom 40-quarter cooler and sliding cargo tray, as well as a dark gray TRD Off-Road wheelset.

2021 Toyota 4Runner Trail Special Edition

The new 2021 4Runner Trail will be offered in 2WD or 4WD and will also feature black exterior plates, black seats with tan stitching, and all-weather linings. Available color options include Cement, Midnight Black, Super White and the popular Army Green.

The tougher 4Runner TRD Pro model replaces Army Green with the new Lunar Rock color and receives a number of small updates. These include a new set of black TRD flow shape alloy wheels, which Toyota claims are not only stronger and more rigid, but also help make “adjustments to increase handling and driving performance, specifically the damper adjustment. “

Prices start at $ 36,340 for the 2021 Toyota 4Runner 4 × 2 SR5 base, with the new Trail Special Edition starting at $ 38,315. The top 2021 4Runner TRD Pro range comes with a price of $ 50,470.
