As WWE continues to share its true brand in the second season of its new television contracts, it has now completed its latest WWE draft to shake up its two major show rosters. The draft began on SmackDown on Friday night and ended on Row on Monday night with each superstar on both rosters available for selection.

The two-day draft with Rona’s three-day show had p84 elections (men, women, tag teams and groups), with each getting three elections for SmackDown. The WWE initially split those superstars into two pools to ensure that the company’s biggest stars would work the attractions over the two-day draft.

On the first night of the draft, held Friday during SmackDown on Fox, four of WWE’s six singles champions were featured as worthy drafts, though they all remained on their respective brands. The other two – Belle (SmackDown Women) and Sami Zen (InterContinental) – appeared for selection on Monday during a run on the USA Network; They both stayed on SmackDown.

However, the early Fox-USA network draft in 2019 received mostly negative reviews – it was largely boring and left the rosters uneven – WWE decided to use a similar format with Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon announcing each pick in a commissioner-type role. . Improvements were made this year as the WWE celebrated a pre-edited battlefield featuring cartoon robots and face-drawn officers and focused on the reactions of the draft superstars.

All that’s left now is to break down WWE draft preferences and new rosters.
