2020 projected starting lineup – Buckeyes Wire

We are getting closer and closer to what we hope is the successful reboot of the college football season. We do not know exactly what to expect, but with a new schedule-only conference for Ohio State and its Big Ten colleagues, we at least have a plan that does not detract from the whole thing.

Are you saying that there is a chance? Maybe. There have been further developments that cast doubt on this thing, but we are moving forward.

As long as this whole thing goes beyond the beginning of the fall camp, there are some important positional games in Columbus. Who wins the starting tailback spot? What will the back end of the defense look like after losing three starters to the NFL? Who’s coming on the defensive line?

Sensible questions want to know, and we give it the old ‘college football’ try here by projecting the starting lineup that you will see when the seal is so optimistically broken over the 2020 season.

As things progress in fall camp and we know more, we will update the projection accordingly, so come back and see where things often stand.
