2020 NFL Playoff Race, Standings: Washington Washington, Giants tied at the top of NFC East, Steelers, Chiefs tied for top seed


The NFL playoff race is heating up with us entering the month of December. The AFC has plenty of division races that need to be decided and an interesting wild-card playoff race that will probably come in the final week. Meanwhile, the NFC Have a home-field advantageous battle between the New Reliance Saints, the Green Bay Packers and the Los Angeles Rams. Let’s not forget that someone in NFC East gets an automatic berth for placebo.

Below, you can find a breakdown of the current status quo, how each club performed in Week 13 and what’s next on the schedule.

AFC East

Buffalo bill

What to know: TBD after 49ers game on Monday

Pending schedule: 49ers, vs. Steelers, at the Broncos, at the Patriots, vs. Dolphins

Miami Dolphins

What to know: Miami owns the playoff spot after a win over Cincinnati. Dufflin in the playoff race. Has a seed seed ranked in, which has a tiebreaker with Indianapolis based on the best winning percentage in conference games.

New England Patriots

What to know: Here comes the Patriots, as New England back in .500 and the AFC playoff picture in the Chargers ’shutout. The Patriots currently have two games behind the Colts for the final play spot f place, so they have to win to get into.

New York Jets

What to know: The Jets came down to 0-12 after the last-second spectacular defeat to the Raiders. He is the clubhouse leader to pick No. 1 overall in the NFL Draft.

Tennessee Titans

What to know: A tough loss to the Browns, but the Titans remain in first place in terms of winning a better percentage than the Colts in the division games at AFC South. Tennessee is currently the No. 4 seed in the AFC Playoff Race.

What to know: The Chiefs have now joined for the top spot in the AFC following Sunday night’s win over the Broncos and Steelers on Monday.

What to know: The Eagles now have 1.5 games out of first place in the Putrid NFC East, but that doesn’t matter at the moment.
