20% of Democrats ‘think Biden has dementia’, 38% of all voters

Joe Biden’s jokes and murmurs are catching up with his own voter base, and a fifth believe he has dementia, according to a new poll.

Rasmussen Reports revealed in new data shared with Secrets that 20% of Democrats believe they suffer from the debilitating disease. Many more Republicans, 66%, agree.

Overall, 38% believe Biden has dementia, likely driven by his misstatements during Zoom speeches and events.

Older people are the age group most likely to think that Biden suffers from dementia, Rasmussen’s analysis said.

The report followed a Zogby poll that found 55% believe the 77-year-old Democrat and former Vice President is in the early stages of dementia. “Right now, voters have questions about Biden’s mental health and resistance,” said Zogby’s analysis.

Rasmussen took the question further, asking if likely voters believed Biden already had dementia, although he did not define the condition.

Voters were found to want the vice president to address concerns. “61% of all voters believe it is important for Biden to address the problem of dementia publicly, and 41% say it is” very important, “” Rasmussen said.

Last week, Biden, who would turn 78 on the day of the inauguration, said 120 million Americans had died from COVID-19 before correcting himself. “Now we have more than 120 million deaths from COVID, I mean, 120,000 deaths from COVID. And you have so many, now we are more than 2 million, I mean, and we are talking about it like it’s over. I mean, it’s over. OMG, ”he said.

The GOP is collecting the bugs, which has created the hashtag #BarelyThereBiden on Twitter.
