YouTube said its Xbox Series X is broken

According to certain YouTubers who received the Xbox Series X for unboxing purposes, the console is already broken, with a black screen shown.

While the rest of the world is waiting for the Xbox Series X. To publish commercially, many individuals have already got the console for one reason or another. One such reason is for the purpose of creating an unboxing video, to highlight the content and features of the Xbox Series X. However, according to an unboxing YouTuber, the console is mostly broken.

Especially in the last few days, there have been numerous cases of customers receiving their Xbox Series X orders early. For example, earlier today, Walmart accidentally sent an Xbox Series X to a pre-order recipient, five days before the console’s launch date. Now, it looks like a Series X owner is already seeing issues with the console’s hardware.

YouTube, called Peppigfunk, acquired the console unit for the purpose of creating an unboxing video as part of a brand deal with the Xbox. However, the user has now reported that the console is broken and any attempt to turn on the console produces a black curtain of death, but this video is more than what appears in this video.

Peppigfunk showed the initial footage of the Xbox Series X’s UI and menu screen. It is a clear violation of the agreement that Microsoft does not disclose the signatures of all its promoters. Therefore, it is possible that Microsoft took action against a specific unit of Pepigfunk and locked the user out of the console until the actual release date.

As one might imagine, this was quite scary for some users. In the past, it has been reported that the Xbox Series X has a heavy heat issue, but this confusion was immediately cleared up by MicroSt. The issue seems to have been brought about by the fact that Peppigfunk broke Microsoft’s ban on its Series X and barred it from further console access.

Having said all this, kicking Peppigfunk off the console seems like a pointless punishment for violating the NDA. Microsoft .ft can take legal action against YouTube for viewing or discussing the content after the launch of the console. In any case, it seems that this issue is a false alarm and is not indicative of any kind of hardware issues associated with the Xbox Series X.
