Discounts in addition to discounts
For anyone who doesn’t mind using the Epic Games Store, they have surely been spoiled for the past year and a half. The two main benefits of the Epic Games Store are a) free weekly games and b) a coupon system that regenerates in perpetuity. The latter has brought decent sales events to unbeatable prices.
That is why it is almost disappointing when Epic makes a sale that does not include coupons. This is how they work. You get a $ 10 coupon for logging in during the sale. It can be used in any game or add-on that is priced at $ 15 or more. Then, you earn another $ 10 coupon when you use the first coupon. Just continue as long as you want to keep shopping.
Unfortunately, the new Epic Games Store summer offer is just an ordinary sale. However, you may still have a coupon saved from the Mega Sale in May. If so, you can use it until November 1, but this could be your best chance for a while. Epic gave those coupons as candy at a parade, so there’s a good chance that many of you have one stored.
Anyway, as for the sale itself, there are 170 games and DLC at a discount. Here are some highlights:
- Man eater – $ 29.99
- Assassin’s Creed Odyssey – $ 19.79
- Control – $ 29.99
- Grand Theft Auto V: Premium Edition – $ 14.99
- World War Z Game of the Year Edition – $ 22.49
- The outer worlds – $ 29.99

The Epic Games Store Summer Sale runs through August 6. That should give you enough time to rummage through your coat pockets for those coupons.
