During an interview with Screen Rant, Taylor Johnson discussed whether he would return to the MCU, noting that he and others are open to the idea. However, a specific reentry plan is not yet in place. He said:

I think we are both open to possibilities, like the Marvel Universe as it has been over the years, but obviously yes, I know the Disney + platform and all the shows that are going on and I am still in contact with a lot of people. I mean, I think it’s safe to say no, I will not … my appearance will not appear or Quicksilver will appear soon.

Taylor-Johnson says he will not return to the MCU any time soon; However, fans should not lose hope. First off: Kevin Feige and company could have asked him to lie about the element of surprise. And secondly, Disney + continues to expand, and anything can happen in the Marvel world when it comes to the streaming platform.
