Lucifer Season 5 has been off the screens for over a year now, but the wait is almost over for Lucifans. The first eight episodes of the season will hit the streaming service on Friday, August 21, while the second set is expected in late 2020 or early 2021.
The show is now a Netflix worldwide original, which means the streamer is the only place to watch the show worldwide. However, fans all over the world can read on to find the exact release time of the show in your country.
What time does Lucifer Season 5 coming to Netflix?
The release time for Season 5 Part A is Friday, August 21 at midnight PDT, when all eight episodes will be released simultaneously. PDT is the time zone for the west coast of America, where Netflix is headquartered. Due to daylight hours, the time zone is currently seven hours behind GMT and UTC.

Two U.S. states will meanwhile get the episodes late on the eve of the previous night because of their time zones. Alaskan Lucifans can be seen on Thursday, August 20 at 11 a.m., while Hawaiian viewers will get the episodes at 9 p.m.
So far, the release date is for Lucifer Season 5, Part B is not announced. Seven of the remaining episodes have filmed on them, but the show still filmed its Season 5 finale when the coronavirus closed the filming.
However, the majority of the filming was completed, which means that the release date for the final episodes would be shortly after the show can resume filming. Production is scheduled to begin in mid-October, which could mean a December or early 2021 release date for the final group episodes for Season 5B.
