Deadline has confirmed that WarnerMedia has conducted an ongoing investigation into the Justice League production since Cyborg star Ray Fisher tweeted back on July 1 about director Joss Whedon’s ‘gross, abused’ behavior on set. The survey was not recently launched, I understand, despite Fisher’s recent tweets today that we explain below.
Joss Whedon’s deliberate treatment of the cast and crew of Justice League was rude, abusive, unprofessional and completely unacceptable. He was involved in several ways by Geoff Johns and Jon Berg. Responsibility> Entertainment, ”Fisher tweeted back in July. This was alarming news, seeing Fisher’s thumbs up about Whedon at Comic-Con 2017. The actor tweeted that video footage of himself, saying, “I want to take a moment and forcefully reverse all bits of this statement.”

A source with knowledge in the studio tells us that no findings have been made yet, and to maintain the integrity of the research, the company will not conduct its research in the public sphere. There is no specific timeline for the research, other than that it is thorough and efficient. WarnerMedia has not prejudiced Joss Whedon either Justice League producers Geoff Johns, as Jon Berg, and I hear that the survey is not limited to them.
Fisher tweeted today, “After 5 weeks of interviews with various cast / crew, @WarnerMedia as officially launched an independent third-party investigation to get to the heart of the toxic and abusive work environment created at Justice League reshoots. This is a MASSIVE step forward! ”
He went on to say, “I believe this investigation will show that Geoff Johns, Joss Whedon, Jon Berg (and others) grossly abused their power during the uncertainty of AT & T’s merger with Time Warner.”
Whedon had entered to complete the reign Justice League when director Zack Snyder stepped down from production due to a family tragedy back in late 2016. Snyder, responding to fans, has put together a four-hour-plus cut of the film that will air next year on HBO Max will drop, and who he will talk about this Saturday at the studio’s DC Fandome. Fisher’s comments on Justice League could not come at a lesser time for WarnerMedia, because they are just starting to bang the drum again on this movie (meant in various ways around them Avengers), who for the most part fizzled at the office that broke $ 682.6M WW with a production cost of $ 300 million.
