U.S. Retail giant Walmart plans to inject coronavirus vaccine after approval from the Food and Drug Administration, the company announced this week.
Approval Lamart’s Chief Medical Dr. Fischer Dr. Tom Van Guilder said in a news release that he plans to enter into an agreement with the federal government to distribute the vaccine once it is approved.
Walmart is preparing about 5,000 of its Walmart and Sam’s Club pharmacies to get doses when available; “All of our pharmacies have freezers, including dry ice, to handle any requirements for vaccine storage,” Van Guilder said in a statement.

The retailer is “contracting with states to be able to support vaccinations as needed, whether in our pharmacies or in long-term care facilities where states decide they need our assistance.”
Health care workers and residents and employees of long-term care facilities have been recommended by an independent Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) advisory panel that the vaccine should come first, with many states expecting to follow these recommendations.
Chlorox is used for cleaning products such as coronavirus sputum, cleaning products.
“The federal government allocates this vaccine to the states, and the states will decide who should receive the first dose of the vaccine and when. No one will tell Walmart who can get the vaccine, but we are ready to support the states once they take action. , ”The company said.
The U.S. government has agreed to purchase 100 million doses of the Pfizer-Bioentech coronavirus vaccine, the first to seek immediate approval from the FDA. An FDA advisory committee voted Thursday to endorse Jab, with FDA leaders paving the way for recognition of the large-scale distribution of emergencies amid a steady rise in Kovid-1 cases across the country.
FDA approval came Friday night.
