Responding to the Panel as to why he knew Tuan committed a crime and still helped, Defendant Thanh said: “Defendant knows Tuan has committed a crime but is a relative, so he cannot report it. Along with Thanh, the defendant Vo Hong Tam also confessed to his crime: “After consulting with Thanh, and decided to allow Tuan” Monkey “to stay in this house while he was searched by the police, the defendant gave him the telephone number and the SIM card for Tuan to use, the defendant moved to a house in Bien Hoa, Dong Nai, and Thanh moved in with relatives in Cu Chi district.

According to the indictment, on the afternoon of January 29, 2020, the 5th day of the Lunar New Year, Tuan played in the longan garden in Tan Thanh Dong Commune, Cu Chi District. After 14 days in hiding in the house upstairs, Tuan was destroyed by the police.
