Previously, Le Van Hiep (owner of Hiep Son phone store, Cam Linh District, Cam Ranh City) said that in March 2020, he received orders from Hanoi customers for 10 iPhones for sale, verified I checked 3 defective units , so he had to return them.
“I contact the J&T staff to go to the store to check and receive the products. Because I often sell phones to provincial customers, I usually use the J&T delivery service. Whenever the staff go to the workplace and I’m done. All the paperwork, I just have to pay the bill, “Hiep said.
Within 2-4 days, the guest informed Mr. Hiep that the box showed signs of being removed, the interior was only stone. Products inside were traded, including two Iphone XS Max and one Iphone X, with a total damage of nearly 40 million dong.

“I got in touch for several months, but they still don’t act to help clients, nor do they have measures to make me feel safe,” Hiep said.
