According to initial information, around 13 hours 29-11, Mr. LVPh. (41 years old, resident of Cu Le commune, Na Ri district, Bac Kan province) on a motorcycle carrying BKS 97B1-704.xx with LHU’s son (12 years old) who was traveling on highway 3C towards the Bac Kan province.
Going to Cho Chu City Section (Dinh Hoa District, Thai Nguyen Province), a motorcycle carrying Mr. Ph’s father and son collided with a car carrying BKS 20A-384.40 controlled by Bui Van Nam (30 years old, living in Trung Hoi Commune, Dinh Hoa District). Then the car crashed into people’s houses on the side of the road to stop.
The impact was too strong for Mr. Ph. Killed at the scene, U was thrown to the roof of the road, seriously injured, taken to the emergency room but also later died.
It is known that Bui Van Nam did not have a license to drive a car, a car borrowed by Nam to go to a party. After causing the accident, Nam was leaving the scene and had not yet reported to the authorities.
