On the morning of November 26, the People’s Court of Hue City, Thua Thien – Hue Province, reopened the first instance court hearing for former dermatologist Le Quang Huy Phuong on three counts of “rape”, “causing injury intentionally”. and “Arrest people against the law.”
Defendant Le Quang Huy Phuong (SN 1983; Ward 203, House B, Dong Da Bedroom, Phu Nhuan Ward, Hue City), before his arrest, was a physician in charge of the Department of Skin Care, Department of Dermatology Hospital central Hue. The victim is Ms. Duong Huynh Thu Th., (SN 1996; resident of Huong Tra city, Thua Thien – Hue province), a colleague and servant from Phuong.

According to the indictment, the case occurred on the morning of September 17, 2016, when the victim brought beauty pills to Phuong’s home when questioned.
In the question and answer session, the defendant Phuong said that on September 17, 2019, there were 2 cases who came to apply for a job and said that if he wanted to work, he had to run between 300 and 500 million dong. Phuong said that Ms. Th. Make a phone call to a doctor from the Department of Dermatology and ask for Th. Bring me a dose of beauty medicine, delivered at the Dong Da apartment building cafe (Hue city) to talk. “I’m cleaning the house, so I don’t close the door. When Ms Th. Enters the house, I feel somewhat frustrated but I have no intention of doing anything to her” – confirmed Phuong.
The defendant also claimed that when the victim entered his home, his front door was closed, not locked. And he said that during the meeting, Phuong did not touch the damage, it was the victim who abnormally acted like hitting the defendant in the stomach, so Phuong responded. “When he came into the house about 7-8 minutes later, he hit my abdomen for unknown reasons. Before, he touched my genitals and asked him to let go of me,” said Phuong.
Phuong explained that the defendant had acted to break the victim’s hand after she took Phuong’s genitalia. At the same time, he admitted to hitting the ear 2 and being hit by Ms Th. Screaming, defying. Defendant Phuong denied taking Ms. Th’s clothes and said the victim left.
In court, Th. After that, Phuong threatened to teach the lesson but did not understand the reason.
Since September 25, 2019, the defendant Le Quang Huy Phuong has been arrested at the Hue City Police Detention Center.

In court, witnesses in the cafeteria of the building confirmed that at this time they heard “Help, save” but did not see the victim.
After the disclosure of some recordings of the case to verify the testimony of the accused, the trial has been temporarily stopped at noon and it is expected that, at 1:30 p.m. this afternoon, it will continue.
