Voter Luc said parents, students are lost in the matrix of education. Making students carry too many books is like exploiting children through literacy, while this age is still a play age, it is necessary to study and rest properly.

Voter Do Thi Kim Thanh, who lives in District 13, said, “Do first graders have to bring such heavy books? There are many opinions that there is a group interest in this. Vietnamese books but bring foreign stories
