Specifically:

Patient 1127 (BN1127) in Quang Ninh: male, 28 years old, residing in Tan Phu District, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

Patient 1128 (BN1128) in Quang Ninh: male, 28 years old, domicile in Hiep Binh Chanh neighborhood, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh city.

Patient 1129 (BN1129) in Quang Ninh: male, 24 years old, residing in Diem Dien commune, Thai Thuy district, Thai Binh province.

Patient 1130 (BN1130) in Quang Ninh: male, 48 years old, residing in Tu Ky City, Tu Ky District, Hai Duong Province.

Patient 1131 (BN1131) in Quang Ninh: female, 51 years old, residing in Dao Xa commune, Thanh Thuy district, Phu Tho province. On October 16, previous patients from Russia who entered Van Don Airport on flight VN5062 were isolated immediately after their entry into Quang Ninh. On October 17, samples were taken from the patients for the first time, the results were 5 positive patients for SARS-CoV-2.

Currently, these 5 patients are isolated and treated at Hospital No. 2 – Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province.

Patient 1132 (BN1132) in Tien Giang: male, 7 months old, Australian nationality (returns to Vietnam with Vietnamese mother), domicile in District 3, Tay Ninh City, Tay Ninh Province. On October 15, a patient from Australia entered Can Tho airport on flight QH89, immediately quarantined after entering the isolation room of the local Military School, Tien Giang province. On October 17, the Tien Giang Province Center for Disease Control took a sample and sent it to the city’s Pasteur Institute. Ho Chi Minh City was tested for the SARS-CoV-2 virus. On October 17, the patient tested positive for SARS-CoV-2. The patient is currently in isolation and treated at Long Dinh Field Hospital, Tien Giang Province.

Patient 1133 (BN1133) in Khanh Hoa: man, 23 years old, Vietnamese nationality, is a monk in Myanmar, with addresses in Tan Thanh, Binh Tan, Vinh Long.

Patient 1134 (BN1134) in Khanh Hoa: man, 35 years old, Vietnamese nationality, is a monk in Myanmar, with addresses in Lien Truc, An Nhon, Binh Dinh. On October 15, the two aforementioned patients from Myanmar entered Cam Ranh Airport on flight VJ2735, centrally isolated after their entry into the C19 Training Company – Khanh Hoa Border Guard. On October 16, the Khanh Hoa Province Center for Disease Control took samples and sent them to the Pasteur Institute for analysis in Nha Trang. On October 18, the test results tested positive for 2 patients for SAR-CoV-2. Currently 2 patients 1133 and 1134 are isolated and treated at Cam Ranh Regional General Hospital.

Total number of people in close contact and entry from the epidemic area under medical supervision (quarantine): 13,515. As reported by the Treatment Subcommittee of the National Steering Committee for the prevention and control of epidemics, COVID-19 Vietnam has cured 1,031 cases.
