According to his family, the provincial police mailed the notice of “arrest of persons detained in emergency custody” from Dr. Pham Dinh Quy.
The Dak Lak province police announced that Mr. Quy was arrested for disseminating documents in order to degrade, defame, offend the honor and dignity of others and committed article 156 of the Penal Code.
Mr. Quy has been “invited to work” by the Dak Lak province police since the night of 23 September and is currently detained here.
