On December 26, the Criminal Police Department, Binh Duong Provincial Police Department, detained Truong Ngoc Tuan (26 years old, living in Binh Duong) to investigate and clarify the murder behavior.
The beating of people that led to their death occurred at around 2:00 pm on December 25 in an alley in Bui Thi Xuan, Tan Binh neighborhood, Di An city, Binh Duong.
At the time, Tuan controlled a dump truck driving down the road. As he was going, Mr. NNL (40 years old), riding a motorcycle in the same direction, passed him, pressed in front of the dump truck.
Tuan got mad at this person, so he drove and pushed Mr. L’s motorcycle onto the sidewalk. After that, Tuan got out of the car and argued with Mr. L. Over and over, Mr. L prevented Tuan from driving.
Tuan took a wooden tree about 70 cm long to place it in the hut, collapsed and hit Mr. L’s head and body many times. Being hit by surprise, Mr. L could not resist and then he collapsed on the spot and died shortly after.
After the crime, Tuan drove the dump truck out of the scene. Upon receiving the news, the professional units, Binh Duong Province police rushed to the scene, conducted an examination to investigate and clarify the case.
Upon learning of Mr. L’s death, on the night of December 25, Tuan went to the police station to confess and confess his crime.
