In March 2020, the Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee issued a decision to adjust Decision No. 2094, the value of assets formed through investment in 2017 was VND 211.7 billion, to 205.7 1 billion VND, 6 billion VND less. Because the airport land fund is unable to carry out BT’s agreement for the highway No. 4 project, VCN proposed to take other land for the settlement.

In June 2020, the VCN company sent a written request to the People’s Committee of Khanh Hoa province to pay the land fund to reimburse the BT project of Highway No. 4 with a land of more than 6 hectares in the warehouse from Binh Tan Port (Vinh Nguyen District, Ha Trang City). After that, the Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee held a meeting to pay the value of the investment in the construction of road No. 4 in the form of BT to the VCN company.

Accordingly, the Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee agreed on the policy to allow the review and study of the mentioned land, to make a land fund to pay the value of the investment in road construction No. 4. At the same time Keep in mind the investment project. Construction on this land must be in accordance with the provisions of the law and have all technical and social infrastructure works.
