By extracting images from the AN motel cameras and the roads, the police have identified the perpetrator, but the image is quite blurry. Through professional measures, on the morning of 7-11, the police identified and arrested Linh in Binh Duong province.
According to the police, Linh is a loading and unloading worker who lives in a border area but has no permanent residence. It is worth mentioning that when Linh was arrested, the police found a false identification.
