On December 13, President Trump said he was disappointed in the Supreme Court because it denied Texas’ lawsuit demanding cancellation of votes in four battlefield states.
In an exclusive interview with the “Fox & Friends” program broadcast on the morning of December 13, US President Donald Trump went on to claim that a second term was stolen from him due to widespread electoral fraud.
“We have proven that fraud occurred, but no judge is brave enough, not even the Supreme Court. I am really disappointed in them,” Trump told host Brian Kilmeade. “No judge, not even the Justice of the United States Supreme Court, is brave enough to allow a case to be heard in Texas.”
“Supreme Court, all they are saying is that we are not in a position,” Trump said. “So it turns out they’re saying that basically the president of the United States and the state of Texas and the rest of the states, the big states, are not in a position.”
Operation Trump and its allies have filed dozens of lawsuits demanding the counting of votes in many states. However, state and federal judges dismiss most of the lawsuits. Despite his back-to-back failures, Trump is determined not to give up and shared on Twitter that “we are just beginning to fight.”
Trump sees Texas filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court demanding cancellation of votes in the four battlefield states Biden won, including Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, as a key factor in his attempt to change the election results. The president of the United States openly requested the help of the Supreme Court and state deputies. More than 100 Republicans and 17 states signed the petition. However, on December 11, the United States Supreme Court rejected the case.
