Specifically in Decision No. 1519 / QD-TTg, the Prime Minister mobilizes and appoints Mr. Tran Van Son, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Party, Head of the Delegation of the XIV National Assembly of the Province of Dien Bien, position of Deputy Director of the Government Office
Mr. Tran Van Son was born in 1961, Hometown: Hai Hau District, Nam Dinh Province; Economic construction engineer.
Mr. Tran Van Son used to be the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Managing Director of Bach Dang Construction Corporation (Ministry of Construction), Vice Minister of Construction.
In March 2014, Mr. Tran Van Son was transferred by the Politburo as Deputy Secretary of the Dien Bien Party Committee.
In October 2015, Mr. Tran Van Son was elected as Secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Dien Bien Party, period XIII, period 2015-2020.
Mr. Tran Van Son was appointed to the Government Office after the 26th Government Office Party Congress was held in August. Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Government Office for the 2020-2025 term, which includes 27 people. In which, 25 people were directly elected by Congress. It should be noted that the remaining 2 employees will be consolidated after the meeting.
