The accident occurred around 6:30 am on the same day on the My Xuan-Hoa Binh Route of Group 6, Room 5, Hac Dich District, Phu My Town, Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province.
At that time, the BKS 72C-059.81 truck was controlled by driver Nguyen Van Doan (SN1982, living in Ba Ria city) to flow from My Xuan to Hac Dich. Upon arriving at the previous site, there was a collision with a 50 cc motorcycle of two girls traveling in the same direction driven by NTYN (SN 2005) carrying NVXQ (SN 2005).
