Initially, the driver claimed to take an old boat from Ho Chi Minh City to the Dai Ninh (Lam Dong) Hydroelectric Lake. Upon reaching Bao Loc Pass, the boat was too long, so each time the crabs hugged each other, the car blocked the road, causing congestion that spread in both directions.
The crane is assisted by the boat to move it when caught. After traveling for approximately 7 km from the pass for 3 hours, the Lam Dong traffic police brought the tractor with the Ba Ria – Vung Tau license plate to the rescue area in the middle of the pass to relieve highway congestion twenty.
