Tottenham has reached an agreement with Benfica on loan with Carlos Vinicius for one season.
Carlos Vinicius will play for Tottenham until the end of the 2020-21 season. At that point, the Spurs will have the option to sign the 25-year-old forward for £ 36 million (€ 40 million).
