At 7:00 am this morning in Ai Nghia City, Dai Cuong Commune, Dai Nghia, Dai Hung (Dai Loc District), the water of the Vu Gia River rose, causing local flooding of many roads and houses. People took the initiative to move things up to avoid flooding.
