Upon receipt of valid school records, VGCL will recognize as soon as possible that the school continues to grow; at the same time guaranteeing the rights of civil servants, employees, workers, especially students ”, affirmed Mr. Hieu.

According to VGCL, due to the influence of the third translation of the Covid-19, the progress to establish the School Council was delayed.

The project to establish the Board of Directors of Ton Duc Thang University was elaborated by the school leaders, agreed in the leadership team with the natural members and representatives of the VGCL.

The process of preparation, discussion and issuance of projects ensures the leadership of the Party. The school party committee will discuss and give opinions on the school board participants and the school executive committee staff after the key cadre conference, in accordance with the party decentralization on cadre work.

Earlier, at the February 22 press conference, Mr. Tran Thanh Hai, Permanent Vice President of the VGCL, said that at the request of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, the VGCL had transferred all the wrong files in the University of Ton. Duc Thang allowed the authorities to investigate and drive in accordance with the law. All organizations and individuals who interfere, cause difficulties, oppose or hinder the establishment of the School Council will be considered and treated strictly in accordance with the regulations of the Party and the laws of the State.

Regarding the settlement of Mr. Le Vinh Danh’s complaint, former Rector of Ton Duc Thang University, General Confederation of Labor, said that he has carefully studied Mr. Le Vinh Danh’s valid complaint, reviewing the entire case in the spirit is objective, fair, evaluated the extenuating and aggravating circumstances and decided to maintain the level of discipline to dismiss the Director by Mr. Le Vinh Danh.

On March 22, the Economic Police Department sent a document to Ton Duc Thang University requesting coordination to provide relevant information and documents. This proposal is because the Economic Police Department is conducting a verification in accordance with the investigation request and reflects the sign of violation of management principles, negative at Ton Duc Thang University.

In addition, the Economic Police Department also proposed to provide documents, documents and documents related to the accounting of income and expenses of Ton Duc Thang University (according to the content of notice No. 788-TB / UBKTTU dated 22/22) 7/2020 by the Inspection Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee).

In another development, the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Court accepted administrative case No. 75/2021 / TLST-HC on the “demand for administrative acts” as per the petition of Mr. Le Vinh Danh. Mr. Danh sued and asked the court to resolve the issues: the administrative action of not accepting the settlement of the second VGCL Presidium complaint; forced the VGCL Presidium to accept and resolve Mr. Le Vinh Danh’s second complaint.
