In early April, after information about Case 243, Ms. N.’s husband was taken to Luukhu to be isolated and isolated due to F1. Mrs. N. was extremely puzzled, but regained her composure when she tested negative for nCoV on the first test.

However, Mrs. N. had a feeling when, on the night of April 8, the youngest daughter of 15 years began to show signs of cough, fever and runny nose. All night long, the girl never stopped having a high fever. The 47-year-old woman lay awake with her son in a panic. Picking up the phone to notify local health, Ms. N. is still trying to calm down right now because her daughter did not directly find positive cases.

At dawn on 9/4, mother and daughter were taken to the ambulance, taken to isolation at Dong Anh Central Tropical Disease Hospital and collected samples for analysis.

A day later, the baby was positive for SARS-CoV-2. The 47-year-old woman burst into tears the moment she received the information about her son. “I panicked, I loved and worried my son a lot. On 4/11, Mrs. N. also received news from Covid-19. Four days later, her husband confirmed that he was positive for nCoV-2 after two negative tests.

Unfortunately, the pressure of “indescribable” was Ms. N’s mindset during her days in the hospital. Mrs. N. stayed awake many nights, so much so that her eyes were dark.

After the positive result, the doctor arranged for Ms. N. and her mother N. to share the same room, however the distance from the hospital bed was still 2m, limiting the exposure. The husband is in the same treatment department but in a different room.

Every two or three days, when she gets a sample, Mrs. N. can see her husband through the glass window of the hospital room. We often nod and encourage each other like this. Mrs. N. said, those brief moments energized her greatly.

Everyday, witnessing the improved health of her husband and daughter, Mrs. N. gradually eliminated heavy psychology. His family of 4 with 3 people in hospital treatment and the eldest son in the isolated area still make daily video calls to encourage the spirit of the other. After 14 days of isolation, Ms. N.’s son has now been able to return home in perfect health.

Mrs. N. confessed that it was not until she felt that all her relatives were well, that she began to sleep well at night.

Mrs. N. only had a relatively mild sore throat on the days she got sick. In addition to taking medications, she was asked to rinse her throat regularly to clear the virus. After more than 1 week of treatment, Ms. N.’s symptoms gradually improved and then fully recovered.

She had the first negative nCoV test result on April 20, the second time on April 23, and it was announced that she would be cured on April 25 with many other Covid-19 patients at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases 2.

Mrs. N.’s greatest wish is for her husband and daughter to recover soon so that the family can reunite soon and return to normal life.

Ms. N. also confessed that she or the whole family did not blame patient 243. On the contrary, she was very sad to read comments that cursed, blamed the case or many other Covid-19 patients.
