The police also temporarily detained Le Thi Nuong to conduct a criminal investigation against the executor of the public service. Prior to that, as Dan Tri reported, around 8:00 am on September 5, the Tu Son City Police received word from Ms. Le Thi Huong, 78, in the Tan Lap neighborhood, Dinh Bang district, about staying at his son’s house. Her 47-year-old son Dang Trung Kien yells for help from her 6-year-old grandson Dang Ngoc Anh (Kien’s daughter). Ms. Huong knocked on the door, but Kien didn’t open it.

Police from the town of Tu Sonc accompanied local authorities to the scene to verify the incident. At the scene, the task force determined that Kien had Ngoc Anh in the house. Although the task force persuaded for many hours, but Kien stubbornly did not cooperate and locked the doors.

Upon determining the complexity of the case, the Bac Ninh Provincial Public Security Director ordered the Criminal Police Division, the Mobile Police Division, and the Fire and Rescue Police Department to strengthen the forces, in coordination with the Police. The city of Tu Son quickly implemented the plan to rescue the baby safely.

After hours of unsuccessful persuasion, around 6:00 p.m. the same day, the police broke into Kien’s home and discovered that Kien’s lover, Le Thi Nuong (36, in the My Duc district, Hanoi city ) was holding Ngoc Anh in bed. Immediately, the task force controlled Nuong and successfully rescued Ngoc Anh, immediately sending her to the emergency hospital.

When conducting a search at Kien’s house, the police seized around 7.7 g of drugs of all kinds; Many exhibits related to the abuse of Ngoc Anh.

During the detention process of Kien’s subject, the police department collected a K59 pistol with 1 box of 7 bullets, of which 1 was loaded in the barrel; 1 external ammo kit has 7 bullets, 2 knives, 1 pound of micro goggles, and approximately 1007 g of synthetic drugs.

Kien is known to be a longtime drug addict under the direction of the police station. My mother Ngoc Anh is dead, so she lives with her grandmother in Lang Son.

For about six months, Kien took his daughter to Tu Son to raise her, but he often beat her, scaring her greatly. Kien’s biological mother repeatedly discouraged him and asked Kien not to hit him, offering to raise the grandson, but Kien disagreed.

Therefore, Ms. Huong had to take pictures of Ngoc Anh’s nephew’s injuries to warn Kien, but this subject still had such a disability, used drugs frequently, and beat him.

Currently, the Bac Ninh police are arresting Kien and investigating and clarifying other violations by Kien and Nuong to strictly comply with regulations.
