Earlier, on the morning of December 18, during the patrol and control mission on Tam Bac Road in Phan Boi Chau neighborhood, the Hong Bang District Police Order Traffic Police Task Force discovered motorcycles of Luu Tuan Nghia (29 years old), a resident of Dang Lam District, Hai An District, controlled the redirection violation and did not turn on his turn signals.
Immediately after that, a member of the task force gave a signal for him to stop the aforementioned young car. When the car was stopped, Luu Tuan Nghia was only able to present the vehicle registration certificate and was unable to present the driving license and insurance.
During the inspection process, the task force explained the previous violations to the young man and said that the vehicle would be temporarily stopped. Seeing that, Nghia did not comply and fought with the police force. During the fight, Nghia suddenly struck Lieutenant LQT in the face, causing Mr. T. to bleed his nose.
Nghia was immediately taken to the Phan Boi Chau neighborhood police station. The rapid test showed that Nghia was positive for drug.
The case is currently being investigated and handled further by the Hong Bang District Police.
