Also in this place, more than 30 minutes ago, an 8-year-old girl, who was cycling back home from school, fell into a ditch, lucky to be saved. “When everyone ran out, they were able to grab the girl’s arms pulling her. She was overwhelmed by the water and lightly rubbed,” Ha said.
The Dong Nai Province Rescue and Rescue Police were searching for the missing victim along a ditch around Gia Tan 1, Gia Tan 2, Gia Kiem and Quang Trung Communes, Thong Nhat District.
This afternoon, rain also flooded Highway 20 through Thong Nhat district at a depth of more than half a meter, a traffic jam of more than 5 km.
