By verification, the owner of the previous house was known as Mr. Huynh Thanh S. (born 1975, living in Ward 15 of Phu Nhuan District).
Mr. S. is determined to be in debt to many people. Currently the house is for Mr. Nguyen Ngoc L. (born in 1988, temporarily residing in Pavilion 1, Phu Nhuan District) to rent noodles from the end of 2019.
