The Thai king admired the royal family

Thai King Maha Vajiralongkorn restored her royal title to Ms Sineenat Wongvajirapakdi after she was deposed last year.

In late July 2019, King Maha Vajiralongkorn appointed Sineenat, 35, as a nobleman, the title of first concubine in the royal family, in a ceremony on her 67-year-old birthday. The ceremony marks the first time a Thai monarch has openly had more than one wife since the authoritarian monarchy ended in 1932, and Sineenat became the country’s first nobleman since 1921.

Just two months later, an image of Sineenat appeared again in the national media but with the announcement of the withdrawal of all titles, medals and ranks for alleged “conspiracy to overthrow Queen Suthida.” Thai gazette Royal Gazette Last October it was written that the king felt that Sineenat was “ungrateful, acted improperly of position” and issued a deportation decision to “reduce tension and potential problems” in the royal family.

However, when announcing the king’s new decision, Royal Gazette says that Ms Sineenat has never been stripped of the title of royal nobleman. “Since Ms. Sineenat Wongvajirapakdi has never done anything wrong, the king bestows upon her the title of noble duke, royal rank and medal. The royal chapter,” the gazette wrote. This announcement was announced today, but is dated to be effective 8/29.

The Duc Bild newspaper said on August 31 that King Maha Vajiralongkorn, 68, spent most of his time avoiding the translation of Covid-19 in a 4-star hotel in Germany. On August 29, he was supposed to pick up Ms. Sineenat at the Munich airport.

Ms. Sineenat was born in 1985 in Nan province, northern Thailand, graduated from the Royal Academy of Military Medicine at the age of 23. She participated in pilot training in Thailand and Germany, was a member of the King’s bodyguard force and was promoted to major general in May last year.

King Maha Vajiralongkorn, King Rama X of Thailand, came to the throne last May. He promised to “rule justly.” King Vajiralongkorn is the 10th king of the Chakri dynasty, which reigned from 1782.
