Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has just signed Decision No. 1389 / QD-TTg appointing Mr. Nguyen Ba Hoan as Vice Minister of Labor – Invalids and Social Affairs.

According to decision no. 1389 / QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Nguyen Ba Hoan, Head of the Office of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, as Vice Minister of Labor – Invalids and Social Affairs.
The decision clearly states that the Minister of the Interior, the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and Mr. Nguyen Ba Hoan are responsible for implementing Decision 1389 / QD-TTg.
Mr. Nguyen Ba Hoan has just been appointed Deputy Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs
New Deputy Minister Nguyen Ba Hoan, born 1967, is a native of Nga Hai Commune, Nga Son District, Thanh Hoa Province, Professional Qualifications: Construction Economics Engineer, Bachelor of Finance Economics, Major Theory of treatment.
Vice Minister Nguyen Ba Hoan has been working in the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for 28 years: from 1993 to 2007, he worked in the Department of Foreign Labor; in 2007 he was appointed Deputy Chief of the Office of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; from 2015 until now, he is the Head of the Office of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.
The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs currently has 4 vice ministers: Le Tan Dung, Le Van Thanh, Nguyen Thi Ha and Nguyen Ba Hoan.
Previously, the Deputy Minister of Labor – Invalids and Social Affairs Le Quan was transferred, rotated, appointed to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and held the position of Undersecretary of the Provincial Committee of the Ca Mau Party during the period 2015 – 2020.
On September 3, the People’s Council of Ca Mau province, period IX (period 2016-2021) held the 13th session to implement the work of key personnel of the province. The delegates elected Mr. Le Quan, Undersecretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, as Chairman of the Ca Mau Province People’s Committee (period 2016-2021).
